WHO'S WHO...
Meet the team that’s working passionately for a better future.
The Packamama team

Santiago Navarro
CEO & FOUNDER
Few people blend innovation and wine better than Santiago, a serial entrepreneur with real Mediterranean charm whose experience makes him a perfect steward of Packamama. As a former lead co-founder of Vinopic Wines, Santiago set out to revolutionise the way consumers engage with wines in his first venture. Few understand wine drinkers better and a more suitable custodian of the wine industry’s future, you’ll struggle hard to find.

Angelo Marangi
SALES MANAGER
With a decade of experience in sales and a background as a business owner, Angelo is a results-driven professional with a strong track record in direct-to-consumer products. His entrepreneurial mindset and expertise in consumer engagement are key to driving Packamama’s growth, helping the brand scale and make its mark on the global sustainability scene. Based in London but with Italian roots, Angelo blends strategic thinking with a passion for innovation. Outside of work, he’s a passionate cook, always exploring new recipes and flavours (but don’t tell him to add mushrooms to his bolognese sauce), and a dedicated chess enthusiast, bringing the same strategic approach and enjoyment to the game as he does in his work.

Anna Matchakidi
AUSTRALIAN SALES MANAGER
With over 15 years in the wine industry, Anna brings a thoughtful blend of commercial strategy, premium sales expertise and genuine enthusiasm for the stories behind every bottle. Having worked across producer, corporate, retail and hospitality environments, she is known for structured thinking, strong relationship building and turning big ideas into practical growth. Based in Sydney, and with a background in psychology, she approaches wine as both craft and human experience—valuing connection, curiosity and lifelong learning. Outside of work, she’s usually in the ocean at sunrise or volunteering in bush regeneration, grounded by nature and guided by the belief that sustainability is not a trend, but a responsibility.

Keely Pakes
INNOVATION EXECUTIVE
With a background in chemical and materials engineering, Keely brings both technical knowledge and a practical, solutions-focused approach to her role as Innovation Executive at Packamama. Originally from New Zealand, she has a strong interest in sustainability and the environment, which is what drew her to the company and continues to shape her work. Outside of work, Keely spends as much time as possible travelling and exploring this side of the world, and is always keen to discover new places in London.

Krista Mellupe
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Krista is our Executive Assistant. Day to day, she manages executive calendars, supports administrative tasks, and coordinates events and communications. With a background in immigration services, office administration, and customer service, Krista ensures seamless operations behind the scenes at Packamama. Beyond her professional expertise, Krista is an avid traveller with a passion for adventure, having explored over 10% of the world’s countries!
